2 bedrooms (each area 35m2) on a high ground overlooking the sea. Each apartment has a kitchen equipped with all necessary furniture and appliances (air conditioning, refrigerator, hob, oven, TV), a bedroom with a double bed and a wardrobe (or with 2 single beds), a bathroom with a shower, and also has a large terrace. The house has its own water tank (bazen). There is no Internet. Parking near the house for 2-3 cars.
Payment for an apartment with 1 bedroom is 250 euros per month + utilities.
Payment for the entire house - 500 euros + utilities (electricity, garbage collection, internet).
Payment immediately: first month + last month + deposit. Walking distance to shops and the beach.
