I am renting a furnished apartment with one bedroom, a view of the garden and hills, and a private parking space. The apartment is bright and pleasant, with a three-sided orientation. It has a living room with a kitchen and dining area, a bedroom with a double bed, an entrance hall, and a bathroom, as well as fast Wi-Fi internet, air conditioning, and a quartz heater. It is located in a smaller multi-family building with a large garden and private parking, in the quietest part of Budva, 1000 m from the sea. Supermarkets HDL and Franca are 5 minutes away, school and kindergarten are 7-8 minutes away, and the beach is 15 minutes away. Rental price: - Throughout the entire year: 450€ per month. The first three last rents and a deposit of 600€ are paid in advance. - For the whole year or full season paid in advance: 5000€ (400€/month) + security deposit of 600€. - Bills are paid monthly. - Private parking space: 50€/month. Up to three people. Please, no pets and no smoking in the apartment.
