Magnolia rooms and apartments are located in the "Zelen" neighborhood, the most beautiful and peaceful part of Sutomore. It is situated just 260 meters from the coast and the promenade, where there are plenty of restaurants, cafes, markets, and bakeries. Below the promenade lies the sandy part of Sutomore beach, the widest one, with a large free area where you can lay your towels, as well as available sun loungers. It takes just a few minutes to reach Brce, a part of Sutomore on the main road, where you can find the "Idea" market and the "Montenegro" bakery.
Our rooms are located on the second floor of the building. There are a total of 8 rooms, each measuring 22m2, and all are triple rooms (2+1), with a bathroom (shower) and a terrace. All rooms are air-conditioned and equipped with minibars and dressing tables, as well as large wardrobes for storing clothes.
The apartments are located in the attic of the building, above the second floor, and they share a common lobby with seating arrangements and a terrace. There are a total of 2 apartments, each measuring 31m2, and both are (2+1+1), with a fully equipped kitchen and bathroom.
