Plot of land in Nadgora

A plot of 25,000 m2 is for sale, 5.5 km from Zabljak in the village of Nadgora. The village is reached by a road leading to Čurovac (lookout point for the Tara Canyon), An asphalt road leads to the site (50 m from the site). The land is mostly flat and you can move around the entire area by car. In some places there are stones that can be easily moved. The nearest facility connected to the network is approximately fifty meters away. There is no running water in the village, but water in the houses comes from a well. It is possible that there is one reservoir in the village, but it has not been tested for capacity and has not been used for this purpose. The land is suitable for the construction of ethnic villages, playgrounds, etc. There is still no detailed urban plan. The village is located below the Stuoc Pass, where the cable car of the same name used to be located. Nearby is the Čurovac observation deck and the slopes of the Tara Canyon. The entire area is surrounded by evergreen forest.
