A plot in Crmnica for a farm.

The plot is located along the road in the village of Crmnica, Tomici, between the properties of the Pastrorics and Lake Skadar. This region has a very mild climate, with many old castles and monasteries in the area. All continental fruits grow here, as well as figs, mandarins, oranges, olives, kiwis, persimmons, and all vegetable crops. This region is famous for its vineyards of the "Crmnički vranac" variety and winemaking. Meadows, pastures, forests, and mountains are located on the plot. The road is paved, and it takes 10 minutes by car to reach Lake Skadar and Virpazar. The total area of the plots is 18,152 m2, consisting of several parts, both flat and sloped. On one plot, there are the ruins of a stone house, where 1,100 m2 of residential space can be built, and there is stone on the plot for construction. On another plot, the construction of 3,780 m2 of commercial/agricultural facilities for production is permitted. This is an excellent option for setting up a farm, eco-village, or winery.
