Plot in Crmnica for a farm

The plot is located along the road in the village of Crmnica, Tomići, between the estates of Pastrovići and Lake Skadar. This region has a very mild climate, many old castles and monasteries in the area. All continental fruits grow here, as well as figs, tangerines, oranges, olives, kiwi, persimmons, all vegetable crops. This region is famous for its vineyards of the "Crmnički vranac" variety and winemaking. Meadows, pastures, forests, mountains are located on the plot. The road is asphalted, to Lake Skadar and Virpazar 10 minutes by car.
