Plot in Shushan

The plan includes three townhouses, the foundations of which are done and the visualization can be seen in the photographs.

Each of them has two floors and a roof terrace with a staircase leading from the house to it.

Each of the houses contains the following:
  1st floor (kitchen, living room with access to the terrace, bathroom)
2nd floor (two bedrooms, bathroom, access to the terrace)
3rd floor (open roof terrace)

The sea is about 400 meters away, and from the terrace there is an excellent view of the sea, the port and the center of Bar.
The houses are connected to the city water and sewerage. The access road is paved.
