An urbanized plot of 32,000 m2 is located in Kolasin, near the train station, in a quiet secluded area. It is well-suited for the construction of a residential complex or tourist facilities. Electricity and water are nearby, and there is a good access road. There are plans to build a separate road to the ski center. A portion of the plot can be purchased starting from 1,000 m2 at a price of 60 euros/m2.
