A spacious plot of 30,000 m2 is located in Kolasin, near the train station, in a quiet secluded area. It is ideal for building an eco-village or for farming. Electricity and water are nearby, and there is a good access road. There is an unfinished house on the plot. There are plans to build a separate road to the ski center. Plots can be purchased from 600 m2 to 30,000 m2, priced at 60 euros/m2.
