Land in Crkvina

The estate, Kolashin, Gornya Moracha. The total area of the estate is 37,750 m². The terrain is dominated by meadows in the flat part and forests on the gentler slopes. Of the total area, about 23,000 m² is occupied by forest. In the flat part of the plot, about 500 seedlings of plum have been planted. Access to the estate from the highway is provided by a well-paved gravel road 1.5 km long. There is great potential for raising livestock, building ethnic villages, etc.
