Investment plot for construction

The land plot for residential construction is located in the Komoshevina - Mogren area, on the upper part of the southern slope of Mount Spas, above the Mogren beaches and the Budva – Tivat highway. Exciting panoramic views of the Budva Riviera, picturesque beaches, the city, and the ancient Austro-Hungarian fortress of Mogren. The total area of the plot is 9,500 sq. m.
