In mixed use: The urban planning parameters for medium-density development are as follows: - building index: max. 2.0, - occupancy index: max. 0.35, - green area assessment on the plot of at least 20%, - maximum number of floors – P+3 (4 above-ground floors), - building height no more than 15.0m (from ground level), - building type – standalone on the plot or embedded on one side, - provision for activities in the form of premises on the first floor or in separate compact parts of the building, so as not to endanger residential areas (stores, service sector enterprises, food service, business), - ratio of residential to activity max. 70% : 30%, - distance of buildings from the side boundaries of the plot: - 1/4 of the building in relation to the facade with residential/commercial premises, at least 4.0m, - 1/8 of the building in relation to the facade with auxiliary premises, at least 3.0m.
