Apartments in a hotel complex

A new luxury hotel complex is being built 50 meters from the sea, on the second line from the beach in the center of Budva, and 500 meters from the Old Town. The hotel has 154 residential units, of which 88 are hotel rooms on the lower floors and 66 luxurious apartments with stunning sea views on the 4th to 9th floors for sale. The area of the apartments ranges from 83 m² to 246 m², with 6 penthouses on the upper floors. The hotel management company can effectively handle rentals (at the owner's request). On the ground floors, there will be: - commercial spaces, - boutiques, - 2 restaurants and a café, - a spa and wellness center with pools and a gym, - a conference hall. The underground levels (-2 and -1) are designed to accommodate 160 parking spaces. Payment terms: - €10,000 non-refundable reservation fee, which is included in the price, - 25% of the price upon signing the preliminary purchase agreement, - 25% upon completion of rough construction work, - 25% upon completion of finishing work, - 25% (including VAT) upon receiving the keys. The completion of the construction project is scheduled for 2026.
