House 45 m2, plot 250 m2. Built 2 years ago, everything inside is new, sold with furniture and appliances. Coniferous wood was used in construction, with thermal insulation inside and outside. Natural stone was used for finishing. There is an additional basement room. A doghouse has been built on the plot, and there is also an unfinished utility building. Sewage is via a septic tank, and water comes from a water reservoir with a volume of 12 m3. It is replenished with rainwater. Not legalized, as urbanization has not occurred in this area.
