The villa is located on the edge of a pine-covered rocky ridge overlooking perhaps the most famous place in Montenegro: the island and town of Sveti Stefan. All floors of the villa offer stunning views of Sveti Stefan, the town of Budva and its bay, and the mountains of the Budva Riviera surrounding Budva. The combination of such views and the walking distance to the sea, the ancient town with the Budva-Bar highway located a hundred meters away makes this place a unique offer for Montenegro.
The villa is a 3-storey building with a total area of 1,000 square meters. In addition to almost 600 square meters of living space, for your convenience we have also designed a spacious patio with a fountain, a swimming pool with a relaxation area, a wine cellar, a garage and various utility rooms. The villa is located on a slope so that its two upper levels face the driveway, and all three levels are on a cliff above the sea in the direction of the island of Sveti Stefan. In addition, the unique design of the flat roof will allow you to use it for sunbathing or even make it a site for a summer party.
Opening the exclusive high entrance door, you find yourself in a spacious hall, from where carefully designed stairs and corridors lead to the rest of the rooms on this and other floors. The villa includes five bedrooms with their own bathrooms and dressing rooms, and special attention is of course paid to the master bedroom, which also has a boudoir area and a wood-burning fireplace. For your convenience, the house has an internal elevator that moves between all levels. And the pearl of the VILLA is the winter garden, equipped with technological innovations that allow its year-round use.
For the construction and arrangement of the VILLA, the latest technologies and only the best quality materials were used. The facades are made of natural Montenegrin and Croatian stone of various processing, and taking into account the location of the building, panoramic windows with double-glazed windows more than three meters high were used. The interior decoration includes parquet floors, high-quality Italian porcelain tiles, mosaics and marble. The walls, bottom of the pool and hamam are decorated with Spanish mosaics.
