The house is located in Shushani, 2 km from the sea. The area of the house is 180 m², with two floors. The area of the plot is 265 m². The first floor is fully completed and ready for occupancy, while the second floor is in rough construction. The floors have independent entrances and have identical layouts - kitchen-living room, 2 bedrooms, bathroom, terrace with a view of the mountains. Facade work needs to be completed.
