The villa is located in a very quiet and beautiful place in the village of Rezevici (near the main road). The nearest beaches - Perazica Do, Crvena Glavica or Sveti Stefan can be reached by car in 10-15 minutes; the sea (rocky coast) can be reached on foot in 10-15 minutes. Supermarkets and large stores are also 10-15 minutes away by car from the villa. Literally five minutes away from the villa is one of the best restaurants Casa mia, headed by an Italian chef.
There are two houses on the territory.
The first house consists of:
- three bedrooms,
- a full kitchen with everything you need,

- a large terrace with outdoor furniture.
The second house consists of:
- one bedroom,
- a living room with a sofa bed (can be used as a separate bedroom),

The villa has a beautiful garden with a barbecue area and a seating area, as well as its own garage.
