Two authentic stone houses, originally restored in accordance with the requirements of the Institute for the Protection of Monuments. The houses are located on the first line to the sea. Ponta is divided into a part with a summer garden restaurant, 150 m2, and the rest, which is used as a beach area, boat dock and parking space.
In the large house on the ground floor there is a fully equipped restaurant (100 m2), located in a seaside style, opened 8 years ago. On the remaining floors there are three small one-bedroom apartments of 30 m2 and one duplex apartment of 85 m2. All apartments have terraces and sea views. The small house of 80 m2, on two floors, has two bathrooms, a kitchen, a living room and one large bedroom.
The restoration work was done with genuine Korčula stone. The premises are new, central heating and a 500 liter central boiler, air conditioning, PVC locks and a greenish tint (according to the instructions of the Institute for the Protection of Monuments).
The yard is 328 m2, with many stone elements.
The house is located along the old local road by the sea, which is a low traffic frequency and therefore ideal for walking and relaxing.
The houses are in a quiet, peaceful place. The nearest store is 20 meters away, and the cathedral in Prcanj, post office and bakery are in a circle of about 500 m. The distance to the nearest large beach in Prcanj is about 100 m, to the center of Kotor 3.5 km, and to Tivat airport 6 km.
