The house has two floors. On the ground floor there is a living room with access to the terrace, a kitchen and a bathroom. On the second floor there are two bedrooms and a bathroom. The house also has its own parking and a small garden hidden from prying eyes by lemon and orange trees. There is an auxiliary facility.
The house is only 10 minutes walk from the sea.
