Location and infrastructure:
Gradiosnica - a settlement in the city of Tivat, near the airport and the city bus station (5 minutes by car)
All social infrastructure is within walking distance, and it takes 5 minutes by car to reach the center of Tivat and Porto Montenegro.
The nearest beach, Beach Laguna, is 1.5 km away, and Zupa beach and Zupa park are 2 km away.
Zupa city park is rich in greenery, especially cypress trees, and although the park is somewhat neglected, it remains a pleasant place to relax on a hot day.
Within the park, there is a historical architectural complex in a dilapidated state. This little-known attraction of Tivat is the Bizanti house, built in the 16th-17th centuries.
Adjacent to Zupa city park is the eponymous small pebble beach - small, only 100m, but wild, without sun loungers and umbrellas, where one can hide from the sun in the shade of the cypress trees. The beach is public and free, but few people know about it; mainly tourists who are staying nearby come here to relax.
