Four-storey modern mountain house located at an altitude of 1000 m above sea level in the village of Dulovina in Kolasin, near the Biogradska Gora National Park.
The house is located on a plot of approximately 900 m2, has 4 floors with a total area of 300 m2.
The first floor of the house consists of a spacious living room with panoramic glazing, a kitchen with a dining room, two terraces through which there is access to the courtyard, an entrance hall, a bathroom, and a dressing room.
The second floor consists of three bedrooms, two bathrooms and a terrace.
The attic consists of a studio apartment with a bathroom, a work area on the gallery and a storage room.
On the ground floor there is an entrance hall, a ski storage room, a laundry room, a bathroom with a spacious free-standing bathtub, built-in installations for a sauna and kitchenette, technical rooms for boilers and a water heater, and a spacious area intended for a gym or home cinema.
Considering that the walls in the house are 40 cm wide and the load-bearing profiles are made of wood and aluminum with a built-in smart heating and cooling system, the house is one of the successful examples of energy efficient buildings in Montenegro.
Since 2017, when construction was completed, the house has repeatedly received awards at prestigious architectural events in Spain, Germany, Slovenia, etc.
The Dulovine forest park and the Botanical Garden are in close proximity to the house, and the Kolasin ski centers 1450 and 1600 are located at a distance of 11 and 13 km respectively.
