The house with a large plot is located in the village of Dragal, 15 km from the coast, not far from the Risan-Niksic highway. The house was built in 2022. The area is 60 m2. The plot area is 6,430 m2 - 1,190 m2 of meadow, as well as hills above the house with an area of 5,240 m2, where additional buildings can be constructed, a fruit orchard can be planted, or it can be used as pasture for livestock. The layout of the house includes a corridor, with two bedrooms on the right, a bathroom, and a large living room with balcony doors. A 40 m3 drinking water tank is installed, a septic tank, there is no central electricity in the village, it is necessary to connect or install a solar system, which costs about 6,500 euros.
