Two houses on a spacious plot.

The houses are located 3 km from Cetinje in a quiet sparsely populated village. The area of the plot is 1600 m2. There are 2 legal single-story houses on the plot, measuring 40 and 37 m2. One of the houses is residential and has a fireplace. The houses require renovation and the installation of bathrooms (currently absent). It is possible to build wooden/temporary houses on the plot to set up an eco-village. Electricity is connected, water comes from a well, and a reservoir of up to 40 m3 can be installed, with access roads. The plot is flat, with terraces, fruit trees are growing, and there is parking for several cars.
