A common 300-liter boiler, an electric boiler and solar collectors are used to heat the water, which significantly save on electricity. Also in the technical room there is a pumping station and the main units of the centralized and backup water supply.
Water supply - village centralized from a local mountain source. At present, under the new road, communications have already been laid to connect the houses of the village to the Budva water utility, and fiber-optic communications have also been laid to connect houses to the Internet.
Backup Water Supply - turns on automatically if for any reason the pressure of the central village water supply disappears or decreases. Backup water supply is provided by using an individual reserve tank, which is located under the parking areas and automatic pumping station.
