The house is a one-story brick building with an area of 80 m² (land plot 530 m²), built on a slab. The layout includes a kitchen combined with a living room, a bathroom, 3 bedrooms, and a hallway. There is parking space for one car with new sliding gates (which can be expanded). Central radiator heating is connected to a wood stove. In 2024, the following work was completed: the facades and attic ceiling were insulated; the electrical system was replaced (contracted power of 16 kW); floors (parquet boards) and doors were replaced; the interior walls were plastered and painted; a new terrace was built (a canopy made of welded metal profile pipes with sandwich panels, a fresh slab was poured, and tiles were laid); a modern powerful split system was installed; an IKEA kitchen was assembled, and new appliances were installed: an Elеctrоlux cooktop, a Bosch oven and hood, a Samsung refrigerator, a reverse osmosis water filter, and an Indesit water heater; ventilation was arranged in the bathroom and kitchen, with a modern shower and plumbing in the bathroom, new furniture, an 80L Indesit water heater, and a Bosch washing machine; an IKEA Pax wardrobe 3m wide; radiators were replaced; a 15 m² shed with a new roof (welded metal profile pipes, profiled sheet metal) was built.
The house is located in the Podgrad area of Stari Bar, 5 minutes by car to New Bar, 10 minutes on foot to Stari Bar, and 5 minutes to the large Bar hospital. It is a quiet, secluded place. There are fruit trees on the plot.
