How the purchase takes place
step 1
Accommodation booking – a non-refundable deposit of 10,000 or 20,000 euros (depending on the unit price) is made and a Booking Agreement is signed.
step 2
Completion of the booking - The accommodation is reserved in the name of the buyer, and the Purchase Agreement with the terms of purchase and the information package is sent to the Buyer.
The information package includes: real estate plan,
rules of the condominium and settlement, building permit,
payment schedule and technical specifications.
STEP 3
Signing of the Purchase and Sale Agreement in English and/or Montenegrin within 30 days from the date of booking, after which the deposit is credited to the first installment. The SPA is notarized.
STEP 4
Broadcast
After receiving full payment and notarization, the official transfer takes place.

The remaining 50% is paid in quarterly installments for 12 months after completion, with an interest rate of 5.5% applied to the outstanding amount.
