Participation in this Program is at the request of the owner, it is not mandatory. However, participation requires compliance with the policies and standards of the hotel and the furnishing of the apartments.
The owners participating in the Program retain the right to use their properties without restrictions, subject to prior notification to the hotel.
The distribution of rental income is 60/40 in favor of property owners.
