The building is being constructed on a plot of 1170 m2, consisting of an underground garage and 4 residential floors. It is being built in a classic Mediterranean style with stone and wood finishes. On the first floor of the building, there is a SPA & Wellness center where residents and guests of the complex can use the sauna, Turkish bath, and swimming pool. Payment can be made in installments until the completion of construction - an initial payment of 30%, 30% after the completion of the gray phase, 30% after the finishing works are completed, and 10% upon receiving the keys.
