The area is 34 m2, on the second floor. The apartment has a large bathroom with a shower, a room with a designated kitchen area, and a terrace overlooking a quiet courtyard. The apartment is rented unfurnished and can also be used as an office/commercial space. The cost is 350 euros/month (including utilities), with payment for 6 months in advance + a 350 euro deposit. Rental is only with a notarized contract. Partial furnishing of the apartment is possible at the owner's expense.
