The shower cabin is custom-made from thicker tempered glass, making it impossible to break, and also eliminates the possibility of injuries that can occur with cheap shower cabins that are mainly available on the market. It is best to visit standard apartments and see the difference not only in practicality and quality but also in the beauty of design, which is extremely important to me. The apartment is residential and fully furnished, ready for sale. The new owner just needs to bring personal belongings and can literally move in the same day without headaches and rushing with the owners, bringing in and furnishing, not wasting time and nerves... he will understand who has ever furnished an apartment, which I am talking about. Curtains were ordered from Italy for the living room and bedroom, and all this beautifully complements the design. Gypsum moldings were also made in the living room and both bedrooms, adding a special touch, and the entire apartment is additionally painted with white acrylic. The TV dresser is very nicely fitted, i.e., the color of the frame plate matches the color of the kitchen countertop made of natural oak. "We are talking about more expensive materials, but that is why the effect achieved when viewing the apartment in person justifies the time, effort, and money invested. All cables are hidden, and this is done perfectly so that there are no cables from the landline, router, sockets, TV cables, etc. on the walls. The apartment is fully equipped with appliances, all purchased at Tehnomax, and of course, all bills and warranties are kept. The microwave, oven, and dishwasher have never been used, and they still have cellophane on them. The washing machine jw, also purchased at Tehnomac s Tv, is a new generation Samsung Q series 55 inches, which offers huge possibilities, and the quality is beyond discussion. So, the SBI appliances and household appliances and the TV were bought new and all under warranty. Additionally, complete lighting (Italian) was done according to the project throughout the apartment, and a lot of time was lost waiting for the delivery of goods and stylistic matching of everything, but the achieved effect was worth the effort. The total registered area of the two-bedroom apartment is 65 m2.
