We present to your attention a new complex under construction in the tourist town of Petrovac. The objects will be commissioned in June 2025.
The objects are located in one of the best locations in Petrovac, which is connected to other parts of the city, as well as to the main highway in the direction of Budva and Bar. The privacy of this place is reflected in its separation from the city center.
Particular attention during the design was paid to achieving a suitable orientation of the apartments to achieve optimal sunlight throughout the year and meet energy efficiency requirements. FLOOR PLAN
In the parterre composition, as well as in the flowerpots with molded lintels, a Mediterranean autochthonous parterre is planned, in which drought-resistant and trampled plants prevail, as well as olive tree plantings. Thus, the building successfully preserves the original architectural style and thus decorates the public space.
Flowerpots provide additional greenery of the facade and enrichment of the visual individuality of the building with local species of green plants, such as vines. The building is also surrounded by a brick fence made of stone, which is also the load-bearing walls of the cascading landscape.
The pool is integrated into the site in the place where there were traditional lintels, dry walls, so the shape of the pool and the layout of the first floor suggest the shape and size of the dry walls. Due to the slope of the terrain, the plot is arranged on the ground floor with a cascade terrace 3-5m wide with a green curtain on a soil buffer of 90-120cm for smaller plants (oleander, oranges, etc.)
