The K16 resort covers an area of 270,000 m2 and is located on the northern slopes of Mount Belasitsa at an altitude of 1600 m. The completion of the first phase - the Arnica and Yarrow residences, which will be managed by Swissotel Resort - is scheduled for winter 2023/2024.
The K16 resort will be the first ski slope concept in Montenegro. It will consist of two zones of upscale hotels and apartments and a zone of exclusive mountain houses, typical of the northern region of Montenegro. All facilities within the hotel areas will be managed by the hotel.
The resort is located right next to the ski slope, just 12 km from the center of Kolasin and 60 km from the capital Podgorica, which can be reached by highway. The nearest National Park Biogradska Gora is 30 km away, and the nearest airport in Podgorica is 73 km away.
