An elite tourist complex on the seaside in the village of Dobra Voda in Bar.
The conceptual solution, developed by the Intesa Group studio, has been approved by the chief state architect.
A five-star hotel will be built with a mixed business model, consisting of two buildings - A and B.
Building B is designed as a combination of apartments and hotel rooms.
In addition to capacity, it will be equipped with all other facilities necessary for high-category 5-star hotel complexes.
In the basement and underground floor -4, there are garage spaces for both buildings, while the underground floor -3 features a designed spa and wellness center with a pool and all accompanying amenities, thus serving guests and tenants of both buildings.
The underground floor -2 houses a restaurant area with a kitchen, a conference hall, as well as other service rooms necessary for the operation of the hotel complex.
The complex is set to be completed in June 2024.
The cost of apartments starts from 5000 euros/m2.
