The apartment has a total area of 400 sq. m and consists of two levels.
On the ground floor, the area of which is 200 sq. m, there are:
three bedrooms with three bathrooms,
a luxurious living room with a kitchen,
a dining area and terraces
On the second floor there is an open roof terrace of 200 sq. m with a garden and a swimming pool (8 x 2 m) with a hydromassage system and heating, which is suitable for use in both summer and winter.
