A luxurious twelve-story condo hotel will be located in the very epicenter of tourist Budva, on the embankment.
The hotel is designed for 88 rooms, and 66 luxury apartments will be put up for sale.
Almost all hotel rooms and apartments will have an open view of the sea. Private luxurious green terraces with a swimming pool will create natural shade and give positive emotions and harmony.
Penthouses with 1, 2 and 3 bedrooms are available for sale; a total of 6 penthouses.
The hotel will have two entrances: one from the street, the other from the embankment. On the ground floors of the building: offices, shops and service centers, two restaurants and a cafeteria overlooking the sea and the embankment, a spa center with pools and a gym, a conference hall with a separate covered entrance. A green oasis will be located on the roof of the conference hall. The evaporation of moisture by plants will create a comfortable atmosphere and reduce hot summer temperatures, and this roof garden will hopefully become a popular place to relax for guests and owners. Each floor has a room service room.
On the top floor, for true connoisseurs of relaxation, there are dizzying penthouses with green terraces, a hot tub and stunning sea views.
The hotel grounds will be abundantly landscaped with perennials, shrubs and fruit trees. Seasonal flowering plants will provide visual diversity throughout the year and create a comfortable micro-climate. Convenient wide paths and recreation areas are equipped along the perimeter of the building. On the lower levels of the building, there are technical rooms and a parking lot for 160 cars.
