Block A and B
have 50 apartments ranging from 78 m2 to 138 m2 and are divided into two entrances. The first entrance includes a 12-storey building, and the second is a 5-storey building. All apartments from Block A are located 20 meters from the beach and have an open view of the sea. On the ground floor in the first entrance there will be a reception, lobby and restaurant. The second entrance will house a restaurant (and a café on the roof of the 6th floor, which can be reached by elevator) and two commercial premises (a pharmacy and a bar).

The apartments have spacious living rooms, luxurious kitchens, comfortable and quiet bedrooms, modern bathrooms and balconies with transparent sliding portals. The living room is conveniently equipped for relaxation and a meeting place for those living in the apartments. The kitchens are equipped with an oven, refrigerator, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher, and all the necessary equipment. All apartments have Wi-Fi Internet, satellite and cable TV, vacuum cleaner and iron. The bathrooms are equipped with heated floors. There is also a card access system to the apartments that regulates energy saving when the tenant is outside the apartment. Studios and one-bedroom apartments have one spacious bathroom with a shower. Two- and three-bedroom apartments have 2 bathrooms with a combined shower and bath.
Management and maintenance
We monitor the safety of your property year-round, servicing all life support systems of the complex and apartments. We provide support in legal, notary, insurance, tax and financial management of your property. In your absence, we take on the work of selecting tenants, renting out your property in order to ensure a stable income for your investments.
Future owners of apartments in our complex will have access to all services, including: concierge services, 24-hour front desk, room cleaning, parking and security services.
