A new building is being constructed near the center of Bar, 500 meters from the sea. The building consists of 10 floors - 117 apartments, 72 garage spaces. For sale: studio apartments 33 m2, one-bedroom apartments from 51 to 53 m2, two-bedroom apartments 60 m2, three-bedroom apartments 114 m2. Prices range from 2200 to 2400 euros/m2 depending on the floor and location. Price list available upon request. The completion of construction is planned for 2027.
