Ad Posting Rules and Requirements
This document establishes mandatory rules for posting advertisements on the platform.
Please note: The portal administration reserves the right to suspend the display of an ad and remove it from the project database if its content violates the rules outlined on this page.

1. Ads Must Be Lawful
Ads that violate applicable laws, infringe on third-party rights, or facilitate such violations are prohibited.
You may only post ads for properties for which you have all necessary rights, licenses, certificates, registrations, permits, etc. Before posting an ad, you must ensure that all its elements—including text and visual content—comply with the law. You are solely responsible for any legal violations or infringements of third-party rights.
2. Information in Ads Must Be Accurate
Providing misleading information about your property is a serious violation of Nepokretnost.me's rules.
This means:
- • All ad details (title, description, category, photos, etc.) must be consistent and reflect the actual terms of your offer.
- • You must provide a valid contact phone number where you can be reached.
• If the law requires specific disclosures, you must include them.
You are solely responsible for any consequences of posting incomplete or false information.
3. Ads Must Match the Category by Transaction Type and Property Type
Post ads only for properties that have corresponding categories on Nepokretnost.me. If no suitable category exists for your property, you may request that we create one. It is prohibited to list multiple properties in a single ad, except when they constitute a property complex.
4. Offers Must Be Specific, Existing, and Current
Post ads only for specific, existing properties with actual consumer value. For example, you cannot list land for rent or an apartment on the Moon on Nepokretnost.me.
If posting an ad for selling an apartment, you must have legal rights to sell it or act as an intermediary. If posting a rental ad, you must be prepared to legally transfer the property to the tenant.
Maintain current information about your properties and their sale or rental terms.
If you have sold your property or the offer is no longer valid for other reasons, deactivate the ad or archive it in your user account.
Do not post ads without the intent to complete a transaction for the specified property (fake ads are prohibited). Ads for lead generation purposes—collecting potential buyers' contact information—are prohibited. We reserve the right to verify the validity of any ads and remove fake listings from publication.
Do not include general promotional information without a specific offer. Ads on Nepokretnost.me are intended to inform users about potential transactions and their terms.
Ads must list the actual physical address where the property is located.
5. Rules for Reposting and Similar Ads
You may only have one active ad per property.
Exception: If offering multiple transaction types for the same property (e.g., rent and sale), you may create two ads for one property.
The following will be considered reposting (duplicate ads):
- Unpublishing or deleting an ad (before its expiration) and then posting a new ad for the same property, including in a different region;
- Editing a published ad to replace the listed property, then posting a new ad featuring the original property;
- Posting a general ad for multiple properties (a complex), then posting individual ads for those same properties. If ad specifications match, the later ad will be considered a duplicate and may be blocked.
You may not repost duplicate ads for the same property using multiple profiles (including when operating under the same company or joint business).
If multiple accounts post ads for the same property, Nepokretnost.me administration reserves the right to allow only one ad per property, selected at the administration's discretion.
We consider reposting duplicate ads to be a serious violation of Nepokretnost.me rules. In cases of repeated or willful violations, we may restrict access to your Nepokretnost.me profile.
6. Consents
By posting ads on https://nepokretnost.me, you agree to the rules on this page and consent to personal data processing under the project's Privacy Policy.
You consent to the transfer and processing of the following data by Nepokretnost.me staff: your full name, phone number, property information, correspondence records, and actual correspondence with visitors through https://nepokretnost.me for project statistics.
You agree that Nepokretnost.me staff may read correspondence within and through the project's tools for quality control purposes.
You agree that Nepokretnost.me staff may edit your ads to improve quality and provide visitors with more complete and accurate property information.
We process personal data according to our Privacy Policy.
